This is why I am a firm believer that computers need to be out of the classroom from grades K-6. Watching a witness on a trial who is 19 years old claiming she cannot read cursive (something you learn in 2nd grade) and lacks reading skills in general, shows there is something wrong with our education system when we just push a child along for the sake of getting them out.
