It's about cellulosic ethanol and other advanced biofuels, which could break gasoline's stranglehold on our fuel supply. By keeping cellulosic ethanol from the marketplace, Big Oil seeks to discourage investors from betting on the next generation of biofuels. That's bad for the economy and the environment. The RFS isn't broken. Congress doesn't need to fix it.
