Can I take your number? micardis plus 80/12.5 dosage -- The boards of Markel Capital Holdings Limited ("Markel"), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Markel Corporation, and Abbey Protection plc ("Abbey Protection" or the "Company") are pleased to announce that they have reached agreement on the terms of a recommended cash acquisition of the entire issued and to be issued share capital of Abbey Protection by Markel (the "Acquisition"). It is intended that the Acquisition will be implemented by way of a scheme of arrangement under Part 26 of the Companies Act 2006 (the "Scheme").
